1. Lawn grass, as a natural and growing product can be subject to some variation meaning absolute consistency can’t be guaranteed.
2. The size, weight, colour and measure of SOD strips may vary due to lawn grass being a natural product.
3. Topsoil, Compost, lawn dressing and Landscaping mix being natural products, will be subject to variation in particles, shape, size and colour.

4.No REFUND for leftovers of turf bought at our ‘Pick up point or delivered at your site, turf is a highly perishable product.

5. Whilst every effort can be made by our farmers of turf or suppliers during the growing period to control weeds. The turf can’t be guaranteed 100% free of weeds.
6. The company will NOT ACCEPT liability for damages or injury caused to property or persons during delivery.
7. Please note that ALL DELIVERIES are curb side or driveway and any instruction to go further onto your or anyone else’s property will be entirely at the customer’s risk. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
8. Due to circumstances beyond Fountain Instant lawns and Meerkat Landscapers like weather conditions, customers can find themselves buying YELLOW lawn grass, if this happens Organic Compost or Fertilizer 3:2:1 and a lot of water will bring amazing results after seven days.
